HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Our first priority is getting you the goods you ordered, so as soon as you submit an order we go straight to work! Our awesome manufacturer is based out of Los Angeles, CA where all of the magic happens. They take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products (mugs, pillows, totes). 97.66% of orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We want to make sure you LOVE your new Cause You Care product, which is why each order is custom created and carefully printed just for YOU! This also allows us to offer new designs, styles and colors regularly, yay! Because of this, your order is not returnable unless there is a defect in printing or you find the incorrect items shipped. So please MAKE SURE you check out the product specs and sizing before ordering. Some products tend to run a little small, are slim fitting, unisex sizing, etc. If you have any questions, just ask! Don’t fret, if your order is not exactly what you expected there is still hope! Give our team a shout out and we will gladly work with you.
